摘要

在本文中,我们分析了雇主(学校和职业院校的管理者)的兴趣、准备和合作机会的调查结果,以培养数学教师的双重教育形式。研究了用人单位对实施这种学习模式的优势、劣势和障碍的看法。指出了在数学教师培训中有效实施二元学习模式需要解决的几个具体问题。所取得的成果可供提供教学专业培训的大学、教育领域的专家、负责教育问题的国家当局和地方政府组织以及对在乌克兰和国外推广双重教育形式感兴趣的其他专家使用。
