THE CONCENTRATION OF FIBRINOLYSIN SOLUTIONS CONTAINING GLYCEROL.
A simple technique is described for using dry Sephadex G25 to concentrate solutions of fibrinolysin dissolved in a solution containing 50% of glycerol as a stabilizer. It is shown that the percentage concentration of glycerol is not appreciably disturbed by this technique.
