This study specifically aims to examine and explain the effect of the recruitment and job design systems on employee competence and performance in one the largest SOEs in West Indonesia, one of the well known cement factory- PT. Semen Baturaja Indonesia. This research is an explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The number of samples in this study, 200 employees in the production section of PT. Semen Baturaja. The data analysis used is Partial Least Square analysis with WarpPLS. 摘要

招聘是人力资源活动中的一个重要过程,特别是在国有企业(SOEs)的背景下,盈利能力不是商业环境的主要要求。本研究旨在考察和解释招聘和职位设计系统对西印尼最大的国有企业之一,著名的水泥厂之一-印尼巴图拉贾水泥厂的员工能力和绩效的影响。本研究是解释性研究,通过假设检验来解释变量之间的因果关系。本研究的样本数量为200名员工在巴图拉加精液生产部门。使用的数据分析是warpps的偏最小二乘分析。研究结果表明,提出的五个假设均被接受,即招聘制度对胜任力与员工绩效、胜任力岗位设计与员工绩效、胜任力与员工绩效之间存在显著影响。
