摘要

逐次过松弛(SOR)算法是求解海洋数值预报模型中线性方程的重要方法,但不适合求解并行问题。本文采用红黑排序和避免通信代价的方法来实现SOR算法的并行性,提高算法的性能。实验表明,采用红黑排序和通信优化的并行SOR算法性能较高,但随着计算时间步长的增加,串行SOR算法与并行SOR算法之间的误差越来越大。针对海洋数值预报模型的特点,设计了一种四步并行SOR算法来解决误差问题。
