摘要

本文提出了一种利用锥面上多个点的坐标数据精确评定锥面钻点几何形状的简便方法。该方法从CCD相机图像中提取钻头的坐标数据,并将数据拟合到磨削锥体的数学模型中,估计出描述钻头几何形状的5个参数。CCD相机只是从几个不同的角度观看轮廓图像。采用遗传算法作为参数估计方法,特别采用发电量变化条件和三个性能指标进行拟合。通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的有效性。
