摘要

目的评价单针液气交换术(SSFAE)治疗玻璃体切除术后持续性特发性黄斑孔(IMH)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年8月在扬州大学附属苏北人民医院玻璃体切除术后10例持续性IMH患者11眼的资料。所有病例均在门诊接受SSFAE治疗。观察SSFAE术后黄斑孔闭合率及视力变化。结果第一次术后黄斑孔闭合率为63.63%(7/11)，第二次术后72.72%(8/11)，第三次术后81.81%(9/11)。结论SSFAE是治疗玻璃体切除术后持续性IMH的一种简单、安全、有效的方法。关键词:孔;黄斑;玻璃体切除术;换血，液体-空气，单注射器
