Multicultural and social justice counseling competencies: institutional interventions for professional school counselors

ABSTRACT Embedded within the new Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies (MSJCC) are counseling and advocacy interventions at various socioecological levels. School counselors are uniquely positioned to provide such interventions at the institutional level.
