"منهجُ النَّقْد في علوم الحديث" للشَّيخ نور الدين عِتْر دراسةٌ تحليليةٌ

Continuance of Muslim scholars to write in the Shari’a sciences till date, despite the magnificent legacy which was never seen by the humanity in any of field of the knowledge, is rather a scientific necessity which is backed by various factors such as innovation in the chapterization and content organization, presentation suitable for the people of current time, removing any ambiguity and addressing doubts which are result of influence by orientalists and sceptics, etc. In the contemporary times, the book of Manhaj al-Naqd fī ꜥUlūm al-Ḥadīth by Sh. Nūr al-Dīn ꜥEter is considered one of the important references in the field of Muṣṭalaḥ al-Ḥadīth (the Islamic science of authenticating the Ḥadīth). The paper aims to conduct an analytical study of this valuable book, and it will comprise of introduction, four sections, conclusion and list of bibliographical references. إنَّ استمرار العلماء في الكتابة في العلوم الشرعية إلى وقتنا هذا رغم وجود إرث ضخم لم تشهد الإنسانيةُ له مثيلاً في كل علم منها؛ هو ضرورةٌ علميةٌ تحتمها عوامل عديدة، مثل: الابتكار في التبويب والترتيب، والصياغة المناسبة لأبناء كل زمان، وزيادة توضيح الغوامض، ورد الشُّبهات التي تَرِدُ على الأذهان نتيجةَ التأثر بالمستشرقين أو غيرهم، وغير ذلك. ومن أهَمِّ الكتب المعاصرة في علوم الحديث - أو علم مصطلح الحديث - التي بلغت الذروةَ، هو: كتاب "منهج النقد في علوم الحديث" للعلامة الجليل الشيخ الدكتور نور الدين عتر الحلبي. وهذا البحث يتناول دراسةً تحليليةً لهذا الكتاب القيّم، ويتكوَّن من مقدمةٍ وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمةٍ، وفهرسٍ للمصادر والمراجع.
