摘要

本文研究了高强度螺栓相控阵试验中对比试验块的声响应与人工反射器的对应关系,建立了高强度螺栓的TCG曲线(补偿曲线)。从而为缺陷的定性和定量检测提供相关参考,减少检测误差。然后利用tcg标定的检测设备检测高强度螺栓的质量状态,并根据缺陷回波高度计算螺栓的剩余面积。本文通过建立高强螺栓剩余有效面积与有效承载能力之间的关系,建立了质量评价体系,为后期现场检测人员对带有检测设备的高强螺栓进行质量评价提供了有力的参考。
