The purpose of this study was to describe the Human Resource Development Planning in the Driving School of SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik, East Lombok, Indonesia. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a single case study research design. Data was collected using data triangulation techniques from interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman model: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. 。本研究的目的是描述印尼东龙目岛SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik驾驶学校的人力资源发展规划。本研究采用单一案例研究设计的定性方法进行。使用数据三角测量技术从访谈、观察和文件中收集数据。数据分析技术使用Miles & Huberman模型:数据收集、简化、呈现和结论。研究结果表明,教育工作者和教育人员人力资源开发计划的规划步骤包括几个阶段,即1)确定需求,2)设定目标,3)计划实施,4)计划评估。
