The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of educational programs implemented using exclusively e-learning, distance learning technologies and traditional educational programs. Scientific novelty lies in the determination of objective comparative characteristics of online-programs and traditional educational programs. Common erroneous stereotypes regarding higher education received online are considered.
