摘要

本文提出了一种固定转速风力发电机集中式俯仰角控制器,以缓解风电场负荷频率波动。在该集中控制系统的基础上,利用风速信息计算各风力机俯仰角的参考信号。分析采用由4台同步发电机和1台负荷组成的多机电力系统模型,并与风电场相连接。利用实际风速数据对控制器的性能进行了仿真分析。结果表明,系统的负载频率是可以平稳控制的。

Mitigation of load frequency fluctuation using a centralized pitch angle control of wind turbines
