The purpose of this study was to observe the cover, distribution, Importance Value Index (IVI) and correlation of abiotic factors with seagrass in Jhembangan Beach and White Sand on Bawean Island, East Java. The quadratic transect with 50 m length was used. Each station equipped with 3 transects with a distance of 25 m. The data collected includes the parameter of type, stand, and water quality. The data analyze use Past Program 3.15 systems. Three species of seagrass plant were collected. The total seagrass cover value was 32.6 percent at Jhembangan Beach, and 38 percent at Pasir Putih Beach. Clumped and uniform types were included in the distribution of seagrass at Jhembangan and Pasir Putih beach. 摘要
海草是一种开花植物,生活在沿海地区在印度尼西亚有12种,海草能够生活在1-90米的深度,海草的生长受到几个因素的影响,包括阳光的强度。本研究旨在观察东爪哇巴哇岛Jhembangan海滩和白沙海草的覆盖、分布、重要值指数(IVI)及其与非生物因子的相关性。采用长度为50 m的二次样条。每个车站设有3个横断面,距离为25米。收集的数据包括类型参数、机架参数和水质参数。数据分析使用Past Program 3.15系统。采集了3种海草植物。Jhembangan海滩的海草覆盖总量为32.6%,Pasir Putih海滩的海草覆盖总量为38%。Jhembangan和Pasir Putih海滩的海草分布包括块状和均匀型。Jhembangan和Pasir Putih的重要值指标最高的是麻球菌(Thallasia hemprichii),而与温度、pH、盐度和DO等非生物因子的相关性为良好或完全相关,其值为0.7 ~ 0.9。
