Based on the results of questionnaire data processing with the Rasch Model assisted by WinSteps Software, 2 subjects were selected, one female student and one male student, each of whom had the same self-confidence category. Furthermore, the subjects were given a test in the form of a written essay, then the answers were analyzed and interviews were conducted. Based on the results of this study, it was found that (1) Self-confidence in female students tended to be higher than that of male students, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire by WinSteps where the top three ranks were occupied by female students. (2) In the results of the mathematical critical thinking skills test between female students and male students, there was not much difference in fulfilling each indicator. 摘要
