摘要

本文主要介绍了一种基于FPGA的机电制动系统(EMB)无刷直流电机电控单元(ECU)的设计方法。实现电子机械制动系统对无刷直流电动机转速的控制功能。利用FPGA控制开关MOSFET,并使其输出六通道PWM代码来调节电机电枢电压,从而调节电机转速。通过硬件电路设计驱动模块,通过VHDL语言编程实现PWM产生模块和PWM死区模块的设计。最后,在Quartus ii中进行了仿真。实验表明,FPGA在无刷直流电动机控制中具有良好的实时性和可靠性。
