A quantitative approach is used to collect and analyse the data by using descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents are from different academic programs to respond the questionnaires on lecturers' competencies and their academic performance. There are ten independent variables which have been identified to be tested with the dependent variable. Regression Analysis on the Effect of Lecturers' Competencies on Students' Performance
This article determines the impact of lecturers' competencies on students' performance at a private university college in Malaysia.
