The highest number of cases was experienced by clients in the age range of 21-23 years (middle semester - final semester students). Depression and anxiety disorders are the highest psychological problems faced by students. A total of 29% (33 students) experienced anxiety disorders, 25% (29 students) experienced depression ranging from mild to severe, as well as other classifications of mental health disorders that have an impact on students' academic life. This study aims to implement early detection of mental health and obtain a mapping of the prevalence and distribution of students' mental status. A total of 227 active students became respondents in this study. There are 2 scales used, namely the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) consisting of 21 items, and the Taylor Minnesota Anxiety Scale (TMAS) consisting of 50 items. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that from 227 respondents, 26.9% (61 students) had mild depression,18.5% (42 students) had moderate depression, and 9.3% (21 students) experienced severe or extreme depression. Furthermore, as many as 86.8% (197 students) experienced anxiety in the high category. This article will review the implications of these findings for the student mental health service system on campus. In the form of early detection of mental health disorders in students which will later be integrated with the campus academic information system (SIAKAD). The results of the assessment will be a reference for follow-up treatment according to the severity of the disorder experienced.
