Seven personality domains were developed that included influence, self-drive, self-awareness, socialization, thoroughness, self-management ability, and psychological adjustment, meanwhile, each domain contained six indices as an initial step. Those indices were reviewed via a developed Delphi questionnaire with two surveys. Experts were composed of nine scholars and administrators respectively.
