摘要

介绍了一种用仪表连接计算机的COM口测量铝电解液体系液相温度的新方法。利用热分析法,根据冷却曲线确定液相温度。测定了NaF和NaCl的液相温度进行比较。结果表明,该方法可靠、准确。801℃~ 995℃,误差范围约为1 ~ 1.5℃。研究了NaCl和LiF对冰晶石基铝电解液液相温度的影响,并根据实验结果建立了数学模型。得到的数学模型为T=947.588-5.907×w(liff)-6.223×w(NaCl)。实验表明,在冰晶石基铝电解液中混合加入NaCl和LiF,不仅有效降低了电解液的液相温度,而且降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
