The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. 摘要

本研究的背景是目前仍有教师表现不佳。已查明的问题包括教师酬金津贴。因此,本研究的目的是确定教师酬金津贴对改善茂物奇比农Al Amanah伊斯兰教育基金会教师绩效的影响。使用的研究方法是定量方法。数据收集技术采用问卷调查。数据分析技术采用描述性分析、定量分析和假设检验。研究结果表明,教师酬金津贴(变量X)对提高茂物市奇比农Al Amanah教育基金会教师绩效的贡献显著且具有非常高的影响,与变量正相关的方向为74.5%,其他因素对教师绩效的提高有25.5%的影响。
