Given the accessible writing by its contributors, this book would make an important literature in both graduate and undergraduate courses. For the larger field of technical communication, this book serves as a springboard to future projects that may (should!) include a stronger industry presence by inviting practitioners, in addition to academics, to contribute their insights on the state of content strategy.
