摘要

供需平衡是电力系统的重要基础,与传统的运行调度不同,需求响应(DR)技术在各国得到了广泛应用。供需不平衡会导致频率不稳定,特别是孤岛系统,系统事故会造成严重的情况。本工作模拟应用于孤立的澎湖系统的需求响应,每隔15秒在系统中应用一个设计的需求响应。结果表明,需求响应能有效降低事故带来的影响,提高系统的可靠性和安全性。
