摘要

当使用成形铣刀加工工件时,成形零件是通过铣削加工而形成形状的,因此形状与工件轮廓相对应。在三维设计软件solidworks中,模拟了工件轮廓位置与铣削的相互关系。本课题利用软件的3d成形功能,完成成形铣刀轮廓的3d实体设计和前刀面的绘制,可以直接设计前刀面轮廓,提高了设计和加工的质量和效率。
