摘要

在建设项目管理中不断加强成本控制是非常重要的,可以进一步提高资金的有效利用,更好地促进企业的发展。因此,在实际应用过程中,企业管理者需要提高成本控制意识,遵循相关原则,从多方面优化控制,才能更好地保证整体成本控制效果,促进施工企业的发展。在这种情况下,建设工程单位应降低企业的生产经营成本,实现经济效益的最大化。本文研究了数据挖掘技术在建筑企业经营管理中的应用,提出了基于数据挖掘模型的建筑工程质量成本优化与控制算法,通过对建筑企业相关数据的精准挖掘,提高建筑企业的经营管理绩效。
