Then, excision of external hemorrhoids was made in both groups.Results. The intensity of postoperative pain syndrome decreased more rapidly in patients from the main group comparing to the controls. The number of early postoperative complications in patients of the main group was 2 times less than in the controls. Relapse of the disease one year after the treatment was seen in 5.94 % of patients of the main group and in 22.55 % of the controls.Conclusion. 摘要

目的。目的:探讨微创治疗合并痔的疗效。材料和方法。203名合并痔疮患者被纳入研究。主组101例内痔激光凝固治疗;对照组(n = 102):内痔结扎。两组患者均行外痔切除术。与对照组相比，主组患者术后疼痛综合征的强度下降更快。主组患者术后早期并发症发生率为对照组的2倍。治疗1年后，主组复发率为5.94%，对照组复发率为22.55%。合并痔患者采用激光对内痔凝固后外痔切除可改善预后，减少复发次数。
