First of all, this paper establishes a transformer proportional strength model, and gives a detailed calculation model of incomplete maintenance parameters in the proportional strength model. And this article has determined its reasonable value range and clarified the overhaul effect of incomplete overhaul activities. Secondly, this paper uses the least cost method to determine the condition maintenance threshold curve of the proportional strength model, and adds the lower limit of the threshold as the restrictive index of the condition maintenance strategy. Then, this paper uses actual transformer fault statistics and condition monitoring data to carry out a calculation example analysis.
