The issues of women migrants have been taken up by Jaleel and Chattopadhyay (Chap, 11), Das and Prasad (Chap. 12) respectively. These chapters present the case of migrant woman’s health, their access to health services, their autonomy, and psychology in the process of transition. Mandal and Prasad (Chap. 13) present an assessment of trade reforms, capital inflows, and bureaucratic reforms on skilled labour emigration resulting in wage inequality using a general equilibrium model. Thus, all 13 chapters woven together with a common thread of migration in one single volume, give a complete panoramic view of complexities, challenges and dynamics of people’s movement in different countries of South Asia.
