The operation time was 55 minutes and the estimated blood loss was 20 ml. No significant intraoperative adverse events were observed. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain intensity score was 3/10 in the immediate postoperative period and 1/10 on postoperative day two. The patient was discharged on postoperative day three with a drainage tube after being confirmed by CT examination that there were no any surgical complications.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><p>In conclusion, we first report the single-port pancreatectomy with da Vinci SP system.
