At the same time, the urgency of analyzing the adjustment of the training offer to the real needs of the recipients raise as a research problem,. For this purpose, an ad hoc questionnaire was prepared that answered 536 teachers (336 female and 200 male) from 47 ESO educational centers in the Region of Murcia, since a survey methodology based on descriptive-exploratory analyzes is chosen. The results show the inadequacy of the previous training received, the need for a more participatory and more in-depth preparation in aspects related to the development of a critical attitude of their teaching practice and professional ethics, of creativity when managing problems of living together and promoting the learning of norms through participation, among other aspects.
