The data was analyzed used a completely randomized design (CRD) with the effect of stages as the whole plots and effects of sampling as the sub-plots. Sampling was done on two stages at the flowering and seed setting in selected locations (2km2 each), within each stage randomly selected and collected thirty samples of soil. (SPSS) Statistical Package for Social Sciences was used for the statistical analysis. 摘要
2011年,在苏丹西科尔多凡州El-khuwei地区进行了两期开花和结籽田间试验,测定了自然放牧地土壤中磷磷和钙钙的宏观矿物质含量。数据分析采用完全随机化设计(CRD),分期效应为整体图,抽样效应为子图。在花期和结实期两个阶段,在选定的地点(每个地点2平方公里)进行采样,在每个阶段随机抽取30个土壤样本。采用SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences)软件进行统计分析。结果表明:生长阶段受宏观矿物质的影响,自然放牧地土壤磷浓度和钙浓度差异显著(P<0.001),开花期磷含量较高(0.15 ~ 0.10ppm),结实期磷含量最低(0.15 ~ 0.10ppm);钙含量(110.22 ~ 99.75ppm)对各生育期的影响分别为开花期钙含量较高,结实期钙含量最低。
