As an applied anthropology graduate student, my collaboration with USRC focused on developing a student-driven mentoring program to foster a sense of belonging for undocumented students and a pathway for future success. I interviewed a small number of self-identified undocumented students and mentored four USRC interns during Spring 2021. In this article, I present students’ perceptions of USRC, their understandings of mentoring, and their ideas regarding the programming that the center should provide.
