The enol carbamate starting materials can be prepared with moderate <i>Z</i> selectivity using a modified Juila olefination and used as an <i>E/Z</i> mixture, taking advantage of the faster reactivity of the major <i>Z</i> isomer in the directed hydroboration. 摘要
在 Rh 催化下,烯醇氨基甲酸酯发生不对称氢硼化反应,以良好的对映选择性生成 α-硼基氨基甲酸酯。利用定向硼化反应中主要 Z 异构体反应速度较快的优势,烯醇氨基甲酸酯起始材料可通过改良的朱拉烯化反应以中等的 Z 选择性制备,并用作 E/Z 混合物。具有光学活性的 α-硼基氨基甲酸酯与格氏试剂发生马特松型同源反应,其中 O-氨基甲酸酯被取代,并保持较高的光学活性,从而提供对映体富集的仲硼酸酯。
