The blend was examined for their flow properties. The tablets were evaluated for physiochemical properties. The tasteless blends having good flow properties. The prepared zero defect mouth dissolving tablets were passed all the official and non-official parameters. The disintegration time was also tested and was found to be less than one minute. 摘要

曲马多是一种阿片类止痛药。它的味道是苦的。以离子交换树脂indi294为掩味剂,制备了盐酸曲马多无苦味口腔溶片。以铟294为原料,以1:2的质量比制备了离子交换树脂和无味颗粒。用紫外可见光谱对制备的配合物进行了进一步的检测。采用不同浓度的交叉焦糖钠、交叉聚维酮、印度234等超崩解剂,制备树脂口腔溶片和颗粒口腔溶片。考察了共混物的流动性能。对其理化性质进行了评价。具有良好流动性能的无味共混物。制备的零缺陷口腔溶出片通过了各项官方和非官方参数。对其崩解时间也进行了测试,发现崩解时间小于1分钟。含有树脂的片剂由于盐酸曲马多的增强和快速释放,使药物起作用的时间缩短。结果表明,加入超崩解剂印度234制备的片剂崩解时间短,崩解速度快,释药量大。
