摘要

本文的目的是验证国产聚合物外壳分布避雷器的老化特性。本文研制了一种模拟分布式聚合物避雷器现场工况的加速老化试验装置。分布避雷器的聚合物外壳在环境应力作用下会退化,并且外壳与内部模块之间的界面会因受潮而受到影响。这种吸湿会增加漏电流,并在界面处造成跟踪损坏。所设计的老化试验装置可以模拟紫外线、温度、湿度、电压、盐雾和雨,并能监测避雷器的总漏电流和阻性漏电流。此外,还在室外试验场进行了现场暴露试验,并对现场使用的避雷器进行了特性分析。然后对避雷器的电性能、外壳材料的绝缘状况和外壳表面状况进行了比较。
