在小学推行残障儿童全纳教育是学校管理者为残障儿童提供平等学习和发展机会的重要角色之一。这篇论文是关于探索IE在越南河内曹家街小学的实施。IE管理,如制定计划、组织活动、指导和评估,讨论了与这些学校有效实施IE政策有关的问题,这表明IE管理虽然没有在学校得到令人满意的实施。研究结果将成为提出更有效措施管理越南小学全纳教育的基础。
