新冠肺炎疫情使人们开始转向非现金交易。这项研究旨在找出电子钱包在疫情期间对Z世代的吸引力。研究问卷的构建基于文献综述、前人研究以及对多位z世代人士的深度访谈。经过效度和信度检验后,采用便利抽样和滚雪球抽样的方法,将包含34个问题的最终问卷在网上发放给328名受访者。运用因子分析技术,得出了Z世代对电子钱包具有吸引力的五个因素:功能性、美誉度、可及性、推广性、理财性。
