摘要

采用全反射x射线荧光光谱法(TXRF)研究了土耳其安纳托利亚中部矿泉水中痕量金属的含量。用内标法定量测定了微量重金属离子的浓度。TXRF法测定的元素浓度与Amberlite XAD-4柱分离富集后的石墨炉吸收光谱法(GFAAS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定的结果相当。
