This research aims to analyze GSM management in Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) i.e Character Building Affirmation in Buayan 1 Kebumen Elementary School. This is descriptive-qualitative research. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that GSM management in Buayan 1 Kebumen Elementary School uses the following functions: 1) Planning with carefully in elaborating GSM principles by school resources; 2) Organizing, with the formation of work divisions explained in detail according to authority and duties; 3) Implementation through the establishment of a 'learning environment' which provides physical and emotional development space for students; 4) Supervision by analyzing strengths, weaknesses, supporting and inhibiting factors for future program improvement references. 摘要

“快乐学校运动”积极参与创造适应时代变化的教育文化。本研究旨在分析布延一科布门小学“企鹅Pendidikan Karakter”(PPK)的GSM管理。这是描述性质的研究。数据是通过访谈、观察和文件收集的。结果表明,步延一科布门小学的GSM管理发挥了以下功能:1)利用学校资源,精心规划,阐述GSM原则;2)组织,按权限和职责划分,分工明确;3)通过建立“学习环境”来实施,为学生提供身体和情感发展空间;4)通过分析优势、劣势、支持和抑制因素进行监督,为今后的项目改进提供参考。GSM已经成为解决目前教育质量不平衡问题的一个合适的方案,通过基层改造。
