摘要

本研究旨在分析伊斯兰学校校长在发展组织文化方面的努力,以及教师在学习过程中的表现。这是一项定性研究,采用观察法、访谈法和文献法作为数据收集技术。研究是在MIN 5 Majalengka摄政进行的,在研究期间多达5(5)名受访者接受了采访。研究发现:(1)敏五玛嘉伦卡摄政的组织文化表现在一些学校活动、兄弟情谊氛围和伊斯兰学校校长的良好榜样;(2)伊斯兰学校校长发展学校组织文化的努力,通过伊斯兰学校校长作为学校领导者的角色和责任,以及通过学生的自我发展活动两种方式完成;(3)学校校长发展教师绩效的方法主要有:课堂访问、个人会议、教师会议、工作组讨论、教师培训和指导。
