摘要

本研究研究了虎尾草地上部分生物活性乙酸乙酯组分的化学成分及其体外对曼氏血吸虫成虫的杀虫活性。为此,用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇对从大戟科(Bignoniaceae)地上部分提取的粗乙醇提取物进行分区。采用制备高效液相色谱法对乙酸乙酯进行纯化,得到3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(1)、对香豆酸(2)、对羟基苯甲酸(3)、熊果酸(4)和齐墩果酸(5)。生物实验结果表明,粗乙醇提取物和100µg/mL的乙酸乙酯组分对体外成虫均有杀伤作用。化合物1和3在100µm处仅能分离偶联的曼氏线虫成虫。
