摘要

目的:我们报告第一例经左桡骨远端入路支架辅助盘绕治疗左椎动脉动脉瘤的病例。病例介绍:患者为男性,47岁,左侧椎动脉动脉瘤未破裂。由于胸腹主动脉夹层病史,经股动脉入路不可行,选择左桡骨远端入路。穿刺左侧解剖鼻烟盒桡动脉远端,将4fr引导鞘引入左侧椎动脉,然后用支架成功栓塞线圈。结论:经解剖鼻烟壶行左桡骨远端入路是治疗左椎动脉病变的可行方法。
