Organisational inclusion: What makes a difference?
This article shares research on the relationship between personality and inclusion. It identifies four dimensions of perceived organisational inclusion and discusses factors that contribute to an individual’s perceptions of being included, such as sexual orientation, racial or ethnic background, personality type and organizational factors including the effects of diversity or inclusion programs.
