Adolescence can be a time of both disorientation and discovery. Coping as the cognitive and behavioural effort made to master, tolerance or reduce external and internal demands and conflicts among them. The dimensions of well-being those were focused and operationalized are: autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relations with others, purpose in life and self-acceptance.The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between coping styles and resources and subjective well being of school going adolescents. Socio demographic and clinical data sheet, Ways of Coping Questionnaire, Satisfaction With Life Scale were applied.
