The paper points out the genesis of this issue, which is somehow very characteristic of the Balkans and which has its roots in decades. It is known that many families did not heal their wounds and overcome the losses of their relatives even from the Second World War, and new tragedies and new wounds of the 1990s on the same issue have already arrived.
