The method used in this research is the library research approach. Literature study is a study that is used to collect information and data with the help of various materials in the library. 摘要:管理监督在组织中非常重要,因为它驱动着整个学校计划,从领导,课程,学生事务,基础设施,预算和公共关系。本研究的目的是分析和了解管理和监督监督、监督活动的组成部分、学术质量提升和机构质量提升。本研究采用的方法是图书馆研究法。文献研究法是利用图书馆的各种资料收集信息和数据的一种研究方法。本研究的结果是,在实施《学术与机构伊斯兰教育质量改进方案》的过程中,管理监督者必须真正了解监督活动的组成部分,通过制定监督方案、实施监督方案以及后续对监督实施结果的跟踪来提高质量。而制度质量首先要做到监管活动的最大化,要注意三个方面,即监管活动的精心策划、最大化实施、及时跟进。
