摘要

导读:砷在土壤中的污染及其环境效应已经在全球范围内进行了研究。材料与方法:本研究利用高效液相色谱-ICP技术评价了5种砷污染场地植物在水培条件下对砷的体外修复作用及其与根细菌的相关性。结果:含羞草在有或没有根瘤菌的情况下对砷均有吸收能力。结论:根际微生物群有助于植物增加砷的吸收,可作为一种有效的植物修复方法。
