Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the study also tries to make a comparison between participants and non-participants, who have achieved in this program. A sample of 231 farmers (137 participants and 94 non-participants) was selected based on a stratified random sampling method. Data gathering instrument was a questionnaire that its validity was approved by a group of experts and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha (α=0.71). The results showed that, there were significant differences between participants and non-participants in agricultural education programs in terms of all the TPB contexts. 摘要
本文旨在发现伊朗西阿塞拜疆省农民参与园艺教育计划的决定因素。运用计划行为理论(Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB),本研究还试图对在该项目中取得成就的参与者和非参与者进行比较。采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取231名农民(参与者137人,非参与者94人)作为研究对象。资料收集工具为问卷,经专家组认可效度,计算Cronbach’s alpha值(α=0.71)确定信度。结果显示,参与农业教育计划的学生与未参与农业教育计划的学生在所有情境下均存在显著差异。此外,回归分析结果显示,思考决策态度和主观规范是农民参与的最佳决定因素。
