Objective: To investigate the association of lifestyle with the academic performance of Physical Education students. Methods: it is a cross-sectional study consisting of 186 Physical Education students from a university in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Data were collected between August and November 2018 with the “Fantastic Lifestyle” questionnaire, consisting of 25 questions in nine domains (family and friends / physical activity/nutrition/ smoking and drugs/alcohol/ sleep, safety belt, stress, and safe sex/behavior type/introspection/ work). We used the analysis of variance and Pearson's correlation coefficient to compare lifestyle and academic performance, represented by the semester average.
