摘要

抽油机在使用过程中由于井况和不平衡运动等原因,造成了大量的能源消耗。现有的平衡设备无法对抽油机进行实时调节和监控。为此,本文介绍了一种新型的自适应平衡设备——扇形自适应平衡智能装置,提出了一种基于PLC的扇形自适应平衡控制系统的设计方案,确定了控制系统的工作原理、执行软件和设计流程。大庆油田现场调试效果表明,该扇形自适应平衡智能装置能有效地对抽油机进行实时调节和监控,平衡量从0.787均匀调节到0.901,综合节能率为14.2%。经认可,本控制装置为专业设计,兼容性强,可靠性高。
