摘要

模块化是现代制造系统的关键技术,它解决了柔性与生产率之间的矛盾。在资源有限的情况下,从大量可用的可选模块中选择哪些模块,这一难题在生产定制产品时已得到学术界和工业界的广泛认可。为此,本文提出了一种新的模块选择方法,该方法将粗糙集理论与全面质量开发(QFD)框架相结合。首先建立决策表,然后通过检查各属性的重要性来修改决策表。然后计算基本重要性等级向量,确定重要性的修改指标,得到最终结果。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
